Click and Collect
In addition to our standard postal service, we also offer a 'Click and Collect' service.
This allows you to do your shopping online, in your own time, and also to access some of our product ranges which are not suitable for post.
Why are some items available for Click and Collect Only?
In addition to our nutritional supplements and herbal remedies, we also stock an extensive range of food products including vegan and gluten-free alternatives. In the interest of food safety, chilled and frozen items cannot be posted. Large, heavy, or bulky items such as Flour, for example, are also only available to collect in-store in an effort to minimise postage costs for our customers.
What is available for Click and Collect?
Everything available on our website can be purchased using our Click and Collect service.
How do I make an order for Click and Collect?
To use this service, simply select the items you wish to purchase and proceed to checkout. At checkout, complete your address details to see possible Shipping Methods. From there, select 'In-Store Collection- Customer Collection' and proceed to payment.
You will receive an email confirmation of your order, and a further communication once your order is ready for collection.
Collections may be made during our working hours of 9.30am-5.30pm, Tuesday- Saturday.
We close Sunday-Monday, during which time you may place an order that will be ready for collection from Tuesday afternoon onwards.
I'm currently shielding/ don't feel comfortable coming in-store to collect. Can I still use this service?
We take the safety and well-being of our customers very seriously here at Health Food and More and will do everything possible to ensure everybody has access to what they need.
If you require shopping from us but would prefer not to come into the shop, we can offer a contact-free collection service.
After receiving communication that your order is ready to collect, you may come along to the shop and give us a phone call from outside. We will bring your shopping out to you or, if you have travelled by car, we can bring your shopping outside and place it directly into the boot for you.
Are you able to deliver my purchase if I live locally?
This is a service we are looking to roll out in the near future. In the meantime, if you live in the local area and require assistance or are having difficulties travelling to the shop, please phone us on 01592 566446 and we'll see what we can do for you.
